Laura: “Darling, how much is a million times two cents?”
Rob: “Oh, honey, I’ll never see the day that sells a million!”
Laura: “How can you be so sure?”
Rob: “If this reaches a half a million, I’ll kill myself!”
Have you noticed that when Rob calls the radio station, he dials THEN checks the phone book? It looks as if he was supposed to check the phone book FIRST but forgot and then ad libbed that he was double checking the phone book after the fact. He even starts to smile a bit. Has this apparent blooper been discussed?
